This was the day of their last shot of antibiotics. Fingers crossed it works and their pneumonias are gone!

Larry and Archie

Larry, a LaMancha goat, has smaller ears and Archie, an Alpine goat, has bigger ears. They are both dairy goats, but are also eaten for their meat.

Both goats were rescued on 7/1/17 from the same backyard butcher as Libby! Both of these handsome young men were 3 months old at the time of their rescue and arrived to Spring Farm Sanctuary in extremely bad shape. They were very skinny, full of parasites, and had high fevers and pneumonias. After over a month of Vet visits and antibiotics, they are finally better.  Larry and Archie are on their way to living lives full of love and compassion.
